Vintage Olga Nightgowns are among the most loved, desired, collected and most valuable vintage nightgowns. It is because they are so glamorous and universally flattering to any feminine shape.
Most Olga Nightgowns have a stretchable lace bodice that gives support to the bust and looks pretty darn sexy while it is doing it. The gorgeous bodice, the empire styling of most gowns and the huge sweeping bottom of the nightgown makes a beautiful, elegant and glamorous gown that can make any female feel attractive.

All Olga Nightgowns have an Olga tag with the style number on the tag, making it easy to identify and document her glamorous creations. For the most part style numbers with 4 digits were made in the 60s and 70s and 5 digit style numbers were made in the 1980s.
Olga Erteszek immigrated from Poland to the USA in 1941 and started what would become one of the most successful lingerie companies in 1948. Olga made their beautiful and glamorous nightgowns from the mid-1960s to the late 1980s.
In 1986 Olga sold her company to Warners (Warnaco) and Olga lingerie is still made today – unfortunately just not the nightgowns. Olga Erteszek died from breast cancer in 1989 but her legacy lives on, her daughter Christina is a lingerie designer.
